At Primer Pharmaceuticals Corp, our mission is to develop next-gen small molecule drugs that synergize with existing antibiotics to bolster antibiotic therapy against everyday bacterial infections. 

Antibiotics are the most important drug class and vital for global health, yet their efficacy is under threat with the rise of antibiotic resistance. We believe that antibiotic adjuvants may improve and protect the efficacy of existing antibiotics. We are a preclinical R&D company using proprietary drug discovery platforms to bring forth new adjuvant drugs that pair with a range of commonly used antibiotic classes. Developing new adjuvant drugs that enhance common antibiotics may have the potential to reduce resistance emergence and further improve bacterial killing, which would have a significant positive impact on global health.
